Misbah Budhwani

Misbah has spent her career at the intersection of children and learning. She began in the classroom as a middle-school math and science teacher in Texas, then served as an Assistant Director at the Harlem Children's Zone, supporting at-risk youth and their families with academic and enrichment programs, before joining Amazon Kids+, a children's content platform serving millions of families. As a member of the Board of Trustees of Global Community Charter School, she was part of the team that helped the school add a middle school — expanding it from an elementary school and giving her hands-on experience launching and building a new school program from the ground up. Additionally, she is a Montessori parent herself.
